Discovery’s final travel

Nothing could be more fulfilling than being a passenger of a space shuttle travelling to outer space. But even just by being a passenger of an ordinary plane catching a space shuttle taking off is more than an experience already.

While millions of people got a sight of Discovery’s final voyage to space, a few people got the one in a million chances to see the space ship lifting from Earth from an airplane. Among the few, only one got the chance to record it on his iPhone.

The video, which you can watch below, is, of course, visually stunning, but it also contains a pretty good joke, if you listen hard enough. While the passenger records the shuttle's launch, the captain can be heard over the loudspeaker saying, "Those on the right side can see the space shuttle. Those on the left side can probably see the people on the right side looking at the space shuttle."
